Some days, I want a little nap snack while my kids sleep. Most of the time, I’m craving a little “sweet treat” while I enjoy some downtime in the afternoon.

This high-protein apple dip has been on repeat in my house for weeks! I’m always looking for ways to get more protein in my daily diet, and this seems to be an easy, quick way. This apple dip has the perfect balance of sweetness paired with the tart, crisp apple, makes for a delicious snack.

Tips For Making High-Protein Apple Dip -

  • Use a whisk to mix peanut butter, yogurt, and honey. We buy organic, natural peanut butter that requires refrigeration after opening. The peanut butter can be thick and tough to mix with a spoon or fork, so the whisk does the best job of evenly distributing it.

How To Make High-Protein Apple Dip -

apple dip ingredients added to a bowl to be mixed

This high-protein apple dip is by far the easiest snack to make! In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together peanut butter, yogurt, and honey. Whisking the peanut butter into the yogurt is the easiest way to blend it properly.

Once everything is mixed together, give it a quick taste test to ensure it is sweetened to your liking. If it isn’t sweet enough, feel free to add more honey!
