½ Cup Mayonnaise, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 Lemon, 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar, ¼ tsp Celtic Salt, ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • Add your coleslaw mix to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the cabbage, and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
    14 oz Coleslaw Mix
  • Cover the coleslaw and let it sit in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes before enjoying!

Notes

  • You can make this coleslaw in 5-10 minutes, but it tastes better when you let it sit for at least 20-30 minutes in the fridge. Really let the coleslaw embrace the dressing you poured over it.
  • I recommend using a hint of maple syrup to give your coleslaw a sweet flavor. But be warned, a little syrup goes a long way!
